About
Ayano Sumida is from Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. She started out as a live idol, debuting in 2019 as part of "Wild Bunny." While still living in her hometown, she also auditioned for STU48. After appearing in gravure in Weekly Young Jump in 2021, her swimsuit work increased, and that same year she moved to Oscar Promotion.
At 156 cm, she tends to get attention mostly for her figure, called "the strongest curves of the Reiwa era," but she actually holds a national certification as a care worker. Her hobbies are watching horror and playing the koto, and her special skills are whistling and drawing. It's a combination you'd never guess from her gravure image, and that's what makes her so interesting.
In 2024 she drew attention by appearing in the drama "Extremely Inappropriate!" (不適切にもほどがある!). Besides her photobooks "PURITY" and "Gen'ai" (幻愛), she has released over 50 digital photobooks. There are also lots of making-of videos from gravure magazines, so if she catches your eye, start with the videos.
